With a nationwide reputation for cost-effective fabrication of high quality steel parts, Advanced Steel Technology offers high definition plasma cutting services for components measuring up to 20 ft long x 8 ft wide x 1 inch thick. We are equipped with latest technology 4-axis CNC-controlled plasma cutters that utilize a small nozzle and thin plasma arc to produce clean, sharp cuts with that require little or no finishing. The highly concentrated plasma cone can cut well-defined curves and angular shapes from all kinds of steel to produce parts for the construction, material handling, and heavy equipment industries.

High-capacity lifting cranes located throughout our large ISO 9001-certified facility allow us to easily move large, heavy parts through the production process, and our quality control equipment includes the most precise metrology instruments available today. Able to accept designs in DXF, IGES, PDF, and all image formats, we use them directly for production and quality assurance to
